Can anybody help with this please? My Spykee will not recharge when he is on his base and now it is dead completely. Spent many an hour with Spykee service desk but nothing they suggest works. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
I had a similar problem. The power switch was not quite on all the way (Spykee worked, but wouldn't charge). Try turning it off and back on again (it must be on to charge). If it still doesnt' charge, try hitting the reset button.
