Hi Everyone,

                      I'm currently 250 mi from home, and am chilling out at my hotel room driving Spykee around my house from my internet connection. All of a sudden the picture froze, but my connection seems like it is still good. I disconnected and reconnected a few times, but I am not getting any video or audio feed.

What happened? Can this be corrected remotely? Or do I need to buy another robot to see and help the first one!???!
