Basically, here's the steps you take:

1. Insert the tupes through the holes in the chest plate
2. Connect the chest plate to the chest
3. Connect the bottom of the tubes into the holes on the bottom of the base unit
4. Connect the body to the base unit, insert the longer black square doohickies (do these things have a name?), insert the screws and tighten
5. Connect the arm
6. Connect the tubes into the holes in the arms
7. Connect the head to the top of the body
8. Connect rubber backplate to tube on back of head
9. Connect rubber backplate/tube into slot on back of body
10. Insert the shorter black square doohickey into the top of the chestplate, insert screw & tighten

I will warn you that the tubes can pop out easily as well as the rubber backplate. Don't be surprised if this piece gets lost.
