Hello, I have got my spykee three days ago, got it from US. I charged it manually at first...drive it for 10 minutes and the battery was low.. i try several times to connect it to its charging station but nothing.. So, i decided to take its battery and charge it from other station i had.. Now spykee its ok... i drive it up to 45 minutes and the battery is ok.. The problem is: When i start the automatic parking to its charging station, spykee can not recognise that it go in its station and it does not stop its motors to move... When i put it manually, the programm on the computer says: Battery Full... I do not know if it is charging.. Please Help.. Im very sad, as i thought that spykee was a great robot... I have the same problem...only mine charged one time on it's charger, ran fine, auto-docked, and then nothing. My concern (I'm in the U.S.) is the "jakey" charge adapter that came with Spykee. This seems to be a hit and miss device, and I even have the upgraded docking station!

I have a problem with the Spykeevox that I received for christmas. It was purchased on the site spykee and the model is spykeevox 870870. I have wrote to contact@spykeeworld.com 5 times already and they
have not replied; It appears that I have been robbed. Is spykee reliable. Have others also faced this
problem? Can we register a complaint at the consumer forum.
My problem is the article seems to be defective. The remote control does not work and the spykee robot does
not perform the commands programmed via the software or commands given verbally.
