Hi All,

I recently bought a SpykeeVox for my sons birthday, and we assembled it over the weekend.  Last night we got it going for the first time, then set up a laptop to synch with it.  The first time we tried to synch English Language, it took ages, although the manual did tell us to expect it to take 30 minutes.  However, it appeared to fail mid-synch, never got past 44%.  Eventually (2 hours) I gave up and had to disconnect it. 

I have tried again on a second laptop, and can successfully synch a scenario down to him (this is fast); this morning I even synched the French Language down to him, took a long time.  But he won't work, and when set to Play, says his name, then recites 0004A over and over.  Does anyone have any suggestions what might have gone wrong, or how it might be fixable?
