Hi there, i got a brand new spykee and thinks its a great product! Everything works well, except remote access which results in a "Account not found" error message. Adhoc mode and local mode via wifi/router works great, no problems. What i've done: - Enable remote mode in config - Port redirection to 12123 - Opened port 12123 in wifi router (fritz box 7390) - Registered at spykeeworld.com, botname is opfabot I've tried to access it remote while being in the local network and in another network, both results in same error message "Account not found". Also changing the botname to another one didn't change anything... I checked all configs several times, mac adress botname etc but didn't find any error. The only thing i wonder about is that the serial displayed in the config isn't the same as on the sticker at the bottom of the spykee. Any ideas?? Thanks a lot, Chris
PS:Of course i wrote an email to spykee contact, and of course i got the "quota exceeded" mail back.... a great product with a miserable support - too bad!
