Help needed. When I tick the box to allow a remote connection I get a n error "Invalid robot password". I have verified the remote password as ok under the My Skypee tab. Can anyone help please?

I have the same problem. I can access my wireless router locally, but when I try to set up the remote connection via the Spykee GUI I get the password error even though I have changed my default admin password (as instructed in the manual) and registered on the Spykee website. I also have a problem whereby the robot will only move if the Turbo is enabled. I'll have a play and if I manage to fix either problem I'll advise how I did it.......
I get the same error - even when I connect it to my wifi router and get three beeps when the robot starts up.
I'm a little disappointed the interface doesn't work behind a firewall. Seems a little pointless if you can't access the robot from work or internet cafes on holidays.
