Hello all!  Don't use the stupid remote thing that spykee is using on there web site for it is pointless and plus how do you know if they arn't gathering information of all of there robots.  I have gotten everything to work just fine even behind a firewall.  To get it to work behind the firewall make sure you open the ports 9000 and 9001 TCP inbound on your firewall.  In the remote section on your spykee software just enter in your remote IP address and everything should be good.  Test everything locally first to make sure everything is working.  Then if you really don't want to remember your IP address when your at work or what not go to www.dyndns.com and get yourself a free name attached to your IP address.  I did all of this and it works great for me.
