Dear All,

I purchased a nearly-new second hand robot for my son at Christmas, feeling confident I could re-set the computer settings needed. I bought it in good faith and gave it to my son for Christmas, however they did not supply the admin password and they changed it from the default 'admin'. They now cannot remember what it was.

I have tried the factory re-set, holding the reset button down 20 seconds but nothing happens at all.

I have not heart from Skpkee support, it is like contacting a void.

If I could re-set it then I could log in as admin and reset it all, as I can see it there to connect to in my wifi list.

I would have bought one if I could have afforded it, please can you help if you can as i feel close to tears.
