My son got  a spkyee for christmas.

At first the control screen said that the robot needed to charge even after hours on the dock.

We changed the docking station and now the control screen says the robot is fully charged and ready to activate. When we do this the robots moves off the  dock and the directional buttons on the screen flash red (i assume to show they are in use). The the control screen advises that the roobot is low on charge and needs to go back to the docking station.

we then loose connection and can only re-establish this by swithing on/off the robot and logging on again.

Can anyone advise?
