I took a look at your code and it appears that all your app is doing is simulating pushing the buttons on the origional app. It is cool and all but have you thought about communication to the spykee bot directly building an app that way? This is currently what JimFX has done and has done an awesome job in.
Deception you are right but if anyone creates its own software for controlling spykee then it will be a mess of thousands different types and we could not concentrate to only one. So, I propose that everyone concentrates to JimFx software.
BUT... what anonymous did is very interesting and bug free! It's one move forward. He also released the source code so Jimfx may embed it to his software.
I WANT TO PROPOSE SOMETHING TO ANONYMOUS:
I have created an application that recognizes the color of the objects. Anonymous, if I send you the code can you embed it to your application? When the software recognizes the color of an object from spykee's webcam to send a command to spykee to 'say' that color.
Have a look at the executable and let me know if you want to send you the source code which is written in Visual Basic 6.
